Controlling pets to cast spells does not work in some maps.

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

When we control a pet, we try to use its spell, but it doesn't work on some maps.

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

It should work on all maps.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

1. We use a item(id:54343) to test it.
2. Use command .additem 54343
3. Teleport to Dalaran .Use command .go 5813.37 453.4 658.84 571
4. use item 54343,and cast spell 49297.
5. At this time you will find that the spell does not work.
6. Teleport to Gadgetzan.Use command .go -7123.3 -3705 14.1 1
7. You will find this spell is normal.

EXTRA NOTES:

I don't have this problem in my old core(based on sunwellcore). I haven't paid attention to it for a long time. I am not sure when it started.
