[BUG] minor bugs in ToC10/25

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

• The NPC that launches the different bosses does not leave the arena.
• I don't know if all bosses are like that but when my character died on Jeraxxus, when I came back, there were still flames on the ground.

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

• [ ] The NPC that launches the different bosses must leave the arena before the doors are closed.
• [ ] The arene must be purged of everything that concerns the bosses after their reset.

1. enter in ToC
2. do the raid

CONCLUSION

I can partially reproduce this issue.

1. Yes, the arena master must leave, but he remains and do not move.
2. The corpse of the bosses are cleared only if you loot them, the other that have no loot (like the beasts) will dissapear
3. I killed myself when facing Jaraxxus and the arena was purged.
