Like the subject says. Specifically the area behind the throne room where the burial vault is for Terenas Menethil II is, on the way to the elevators to go down into Undercity. However, if you stand on the vault you get the rested Zzz's

Tester's note - this is shown by the chat channel changing between Tirisfal Glades and the various city-based channels like Trade - City and GuildRecruitment - City as you move around the hallway. This is what is causing the missing rest XP, because if an area in UC is considered to be part of Tirisfal, then you won't get rest XP there.

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

1. .go o 44994 - takes you to the tomb.
2. wander around a bit, check for Zzz's, and look at chat channels.
