Some Firemane Scouts/Ash Tails Missing Patrol Patterns #5807

The following Fireman Scouts and Fireman Ash Tails are missing any patrol patteren and are just standing still (in 2 cases there are 2 spawned close next to eachother):

A. GUID 31729 & GUID 34019 nomovement1

B. GUID 31452

C. GUID 31479 and GUID 34008 nomovement3

D. GUID 31488 and GUID 31487 nomovement2

E. GUID 31459

Tester's notes: Confirmed on all counts.

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

Fireman Scouts and Fireman Ash Tails should move around a bit and not just stand still. for example A https://youtu.be/jHpHWzHj42s?t=182 for example C you can see it briefly at https://youtu.be/jHpHWzHj42s?t=518

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
  1. Teleport to Mobs via provided GUID
  2. Observe no movement
