Green and Red Power Crystal are spawned in same place. GUID 17548 and GUID 17713

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

Only 1 crystal should be spawned at a time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

1. Teleport to provided GUID
2. See double spawn

Checking the sql table and comparing to wowhead shows that there are a lot of crystals missing and possibly also missplaced, I will try to gather data on all the correct locations and possibly even make some sort of pooling.
