CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

Quests Gizelton Caravan and Bodyguard for Hire not working Desolace Escort.

Currently the caravan NPCs are not near Gizelton when you accept the quest.

When you accept the quest you can follow, escort and protect Gizelton but the quest fails no matter what you do.

Then after failing the quest, the caravan NPCs spawn and he runs to the next quest point.

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

You should be able to escort the caravan without quest failed.

The quest Grizleton Caravan Works, only Bodyguard for hire is bugged. Should also be looked at other issues in #5848 at the same time when fixing this one.

Guess the Quest fails because the others dont follow gizelton, so the quest count it like "failed" because any of the caravans gets to the point.

For me even the quest Grizleton Caravan didn't work. It didn't fail like the Bodyguard for Hire mind you but it wasn't marked as completed either.

I found a way reliable way to complete these two quests. I have completed 5 times in a row but this is only a workaround for this bug.

You have to kill all the targets EXCEPT for the one the lead goblin (Cork Gizelton) is fighting. You need to kill his target LAST. If you kill it early, the caravan pathing may separate and the quest will fail. This can be tricky as Cork may switch targets if he gets hit by different enemy. Be patient as the NPC's will heal after getting out of combat.
