CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

NPC Morja missing script to obtain Spawn of Jubjub quest. Now quest available without a script.

Also Unhatched Jubling Egg(quest reward) doesn't have cooldown. You can obtain pet immediately.

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

1. You have to drop Dark Iron Ale Mug before Morja.
2. After some time there is should be a script what summoning jubling.
3. When jubling show up quest Spawn of Jubjub should to appear in Morja log.
4. One week later your Unhatched Jubling Egg(quest reward) will hatch pet.

Need waypoint/spawn sniff of Jubjub (14867) for each darkmoon faire location

Currently 2 spawns exist (in TB and Shattrath).

I doubt it unfortunately, may be able to get it on Classic Era/SoD though.
