Feature: Toggle group invites on/off command for GM's #7489

Currently a GM can be sent group invites by their name in world chat, or by /invite command. Even when invisible.

Describe a possible solution to your feature or suggestion in detail

Similar to .whispers on .whispers off have a command that will allow group invites, or say player is not available.

I believe there already is a conf option for it

But maybe a command could be nice.

I can look at it later
