Description: Deformed Fanatic damage is way too low.
Current behaviour: At the moment, Deformed Fanatic damage can be easily tanked.
Expected behaviour: When a Cult Fanatic becomes Deformed, its damage should be greatly increased. It has also reduced movement speed, so it should be KITED.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Wait for Lady Deathwhisper to transform one of the Fanatics into a Deformed, and observe the damage it deals.
Here it is, a Log of the Cult Fanatic damage. Check it out (read the line [17:34:12.590]  Cult Fanatic hits Martlol 46962 (A: 33509) ; the Skull means it became Deformed)
