The quest "A little luck" is available after completing the quest "Cache of Mau'ari".

Tester:

The issue is confirmed. Quest Luck Be With You available without quest A Little Luck as last one is pre-quest.

Quest Starts at npc Harlo Wigglesworth The Quest Ends at npc Witch Doctor Mau'ari It is a level 60 HORDE ONLY quest (Requires level 55 character)

Quest was officially removed in 4.0.3a Cata.

This quest was valid and working from classic to wotlk.

Quest was a stand alone quest and was never apart of any chain and is not a requirement for any quest.

Currently in Azerothcore db this quest is not in any chain requirement.

Did you happen to turn level 55 when you turned in the last quest? If so then the quest would of been made available to you as it shows currently in the db with the quest template table.

I'm already don't know. We need sniffs from TBC. Not sure why A Little Luck should be only horde since Luck Be With You crossfaction. Wowpedia doesn't help there.
