Some event related items does not disappear after end of event

So the last time I played was during the witches festival. I was in goldshire doing the fire brigade stuff. I logged in today to find that my character has a bucket stuck in his hand and my rickety broom is still rideable. Do I need to delete my character? (edited) I posted on discord and was sent over here. I am not sure what more I can offer concerning the issue.

I guess event related items should disappear after end of event. Not sure about water bucket

Wowhead Rickety Magic Broom

By 554624 on 2010/04/03 (Patch 3.3.3) I remember playing on my first character, leveling up riding this mount. It was unique because of its game time duration. However, thats not the case any more. So for those of you wondering, this broom only lasts for the duration of the event, then disappears.

If an item's tooltip says it requires that holiday, that means it will remain as long as the holiday is up and will automatically disappear from your inventory when the holiday ends.

This items doesn't have Requires Hallow's End. Idk how will be correct.

iirc there are 2 versions of the broom. One that is only for the event and one that can be used whenever

I have no water bucket in my inventory and the command didn't do anything. I deleted anything holiday related from my inventory and it's still there. I have no holiday items in my bank or on any other character.

Some more info

Water Bucket(32971) model doesn't dissapear if item in player's bank and keep apperaing instead of weapon in this case. Also somehow model of bucket was presenting without item in inventory. Can't reproduce it for now, but it's weird.
