New version of the catalogue

• Uses Jekyll as generator for Github Pages.
• Uses Vue.js for interatictive interface
• Retrieves all the info from Github API

This is a prototype version and is not fully optimized/organized, but it works :smile:. Right now it has 2 pages:

• index.html: Displays the list of modules + search bar
• details.html: Displays most of the info of a selected module
