I can confirm this works on my end.

The Classic-Up will delete Northrend boats, the Northrend boat NPCs, and make it so that the dark portal spits you back out instead of taking you to Outland.

The Classic-Down will readd/return everything to how it was.

You can do a .sql to restrict players to tbc
