like npcs in main city, with kinds of item not belong to this expansion like the Darkmoon Faire

Disable TBC / WotLK Dungeons and Raids (at 58+ you can join TBC dungeons with the LFG too), rez at angel and reach Shattrath, same for Dalaran, 68 and join a WotLK dungeon...)
Disable Mage Teleport and Portal to Shattrath / Dalaran
