Bug: Some NPC ID´s of area damage are not scaling with Autobalance Module, their do same damage than Blizz mode #142

Current Behaviour

These Npc´s area damages not respect the scaling of autobalance, ignoring it and doing blizzlike damage

Coldflame 36672 Frost Freeze Trap 37744 Puddle Stalker 37013 Ice Sphere 36633

Expected Behaviour

These area damages must be scaled by Autobalance Module like all creatures

Steps to reproduce the problem

Go to ICC
Test Spell Coldflames of Lord Marrowgar
Try change difficulty and watch if damage change or ignore it
