[Suggestion] To prevent chat spam #12

There's a lot of bonus gold when killing regular trash mobs in dungeons. Would be nice if we can limit it to only boss kills.

Also, there's spam chat on few NPC kills like Orb Sphere (Lich King fight) Faction Champions in ToC and those a like. Would be also nice to add in config or something that we can prevent spam for some npc ID's.

Other then that everything works perfect.

Hello. How is spam produced? Possibly this can be solved by enabling a conf. But I need to see an example.
