Fix template NPC learning Passive talents to players #24

This will resolve issue azerothcore/mod-npc-talent-template#11

How to test.

  1. Using old code login new character and use template NPC
  2. Target yourself and type .list aura
  3. Observe that you have every passive spell twice.
  4. Apply this code and re-do step 1-2
