Three issues:
1) Only ever drops 1 Onyxia Hide Backpack
2) Drops Draconic for Dummies for those without the requisite quest state
3) Can drop Vis'kag and Deathbringer together
Expected Blizzlike Behaviour
1) Should have a small chance (5%? 10%? Can't find a good source to validate the odds) double backpacks
2) Shouldn't drop Draconic for Dummies without someone in the raid holding the quest
3) Vis'kag and Deathbringer should be mutually exclusive due to how loot pooling works

Kill and loot Onyxia with a large sample size (I did 100 kills)
