Current Behaviour

Magtheridon is currently dropping only 1 tier chest, other items seem to be OK.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Drop 3-tier tokens

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. teleport hellfire
2. use .cheat godmode
3. kill mag

4. only 1 tier token drops

   Might be related to prog module, couldn't find any recent changes that might change its behavior
