Fix Crash #4

[Hackfix Temporary] Fix server crash on login when login message not working in config.

If this fixes a crash then doesnt that mean that it still crashes on fri, sun, sat still even after this fix..?

@Rochet2 No it just doesn't crash due to the module being written wrong(Hackfix-Temp). You get a error in console saying something about Announce on login in config doesn't exist and each time I log into server as a result it crashes I applied those hack fixes and and server stopped crashing all together.
