[Bug report]: playercreateinfo_spell_custom refers to wrong config lines #938

Describe the bug

references nonexistent "PlayerStart.AllSpells setting" many times

To reproduce

go to https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/playercreateinfo_spell_custom and read

Expected behavior

i think it might mean

PlayerStart.CustomSpells

Description: If enabled, players will start with custom spells defined in

playercreateinfo_spell_custom table.

Default: 0 - (Disabled)

1 - (Enabled)

PlayerStart.CustomSpells = 1
