[General] Leash range of mobs #18

Description: So I've noticed that the leash range of mobs is fairly short. I cannot remember all the way back to TBC, but as a mage I've had some problems where I pulled, frostbolted until the mob got close, frost nova'd, ran away, forstbolted, but then the mob would reset before reaching me again. That is a leash range of ~70 yards, probably closer to 60 actually. This makes it impossible to AoE down packs, which I know should be a possibility ^^

How it should work: I know that at the first launch the leash range was waaay too long and I pointed that out, but I believe the leash range in general should be around 15-20 yards longer than it is now.

"steps to reproduce": Just level up, you'll notice the short leash range ^^

tested after implementation of new mmaps,, is behaving blizzlike now.
