[Mage] - Counterspelling NPCs #27

Description: Whenever I use counterspell on a NPC casting a spell, it interrupts the spell but not lock it's school. Thus it will just start channeling the same spell right after the counterspell

How it should work: School locked for the 8 seconds counterspell does.
