When you use the teleporter there should be three NPC's waiting, which you can talk to and start the event. They should help you fighting the NPC'S on the way to Socrethar and when finally at Socrethar they should activate an event that will make Socrethar hostile and attackable.
Without these NPC's Socrethar will just stay friendly on will not be attackable.
Adyen is usually in Shattrath and is also a quest giver.
Karja & Orelis are in Area52 in the in and one of them is also a quest giver.
If you just .npc add them and spawn a copy, Adyen is interactable and hast the gossip menu entry "I am ready..." but when you press it, nothing happens.
