Me, Ailyr and yuffi was trying to do the quest, but you can't actually speak With "Captain Saeed", so you won't be able to start the escort part of the quest, thus not making you able to Complete the quest.

Event can not be started. when you click the npc nothing happens. He is shown as interactable though (text bubble icon).
