[gathering] switching tracking type is not possible #53

Description: If you have Mining and Herbalisem you can not switch between both Tracking Types. The first selected tracking type could not be changed. Tested on multiple Chars and without Addons, also deleted cache and Account folder.

Confirmed. It seems to be an "Ability is not ready yet." issue, as I get this error message when trying to switch.

Workaround for now is to choose something like "Repair" and then switch to mining/herb.
