[Karazhan] NPC gossip menu #62

Karazhan: Theater Event Event working fine so far but when you wipe and run back in to the NPC that would start the event, you can not interact with that NPC anymore. He should have a gossip menu where you can click to start the event.

Moroes have to be killed (as intended). May be re-opened after further testing.
