[Quest] 'Natural Remedies' doesn't spawn quest mob #7

How it should work: Using the Seed of Revitalization (quest item given by NPC) at the Earthbinder's Circle should spawn an elite stone giant which has to be killed for quest to get credited.

How it works: Using the seed of revitalization doesn't spawn the elite giant. Nothing happens. Quest is not completable.
