[Karazhan] Terestian Illhoof / 2x Kil'rek #82

Illhoof has an add "Kil'rek" with which he starts the fight together. Shortly after the fight has started a second copy of Kil'rek is appearing out of nowhere at has to be dealt with from now on during the fight.

If you wipe on this bug, there is actually only 1 Imp for the rest of the pulls. The issue seems to occur because there is a Kil'rek next to him when he is pulled, and he spawns another one quickly after he is engaged. And then both Kil'reks death-timers work correctly, which results in 2 imps being up. It looks like removing the initial Kil'rek would fix this problem.
