Paladin: Seal of Vengeance #83

Causes paladin to become bugged, stopping effect of any holy damage spells working. Seems to happen especially when first using judgement of the crusader

Might be related to the same problem we had with Warlock dot overwriting. Can't confirm yet, needs more testing.

After releasing the "Seal of Vengeance" (ID 31801) or "Seal of the Crusader" (all ranks) (Rank7 ID 27158) with Judgement (ID 20271) no holy dmg from any seal gets applied any more. This also appears already when just activating Seal of Vengeance.

Works again when closing WoW and deleting Cache.
