[Weaponskill] Skilling weapons not working as intended #87

You can not get any skillpoints for weapons on npc's that are lower level than the player. (And/Or npc's that don't give any xp?)

Seems legit, as soon as I reached 70 my wep skill totally stopped no matter if I bashed a 64 mob or even a 72.

Can reproduce that. Sometimes I get a skillpoint as max lvl char but like 95%+ of the time I do not.

Since it is absolutely necessary for many classes to have a max weapon skill this issue gets marked as critical.

Seems to be fixed. May re-open after further testing.
