Warpwood Pod should spawn all over Dire Maul East and they should contain "Runn Tum Tuber" which are essential for skilling cooking. You can only skill cooking 275-285 with these tubers, if they are not available you are stuck.
At the moment none of these are spawned anywhere in the world.
