Ferocious Inspiration Rank 3 Instant When your pet scores a critical hit, all party members have all damage increased by 3% for 10 sec.

How it should work: The talent should proc after every critical hit done by the pet.

How it works: The talent doesn't proc from most of the pet's critical hits.

Confirmed. Should have no internal cd and should behave like the tooltip description says. Also multiple hunter in a group can trigger it at the same time and basically stack it up within members of the group.
