Not possible to log if a summit has no points #1

When a summit is not in the SOTAwatch database it has no points associated and when a summit has no points associated they are not displayed on the SOTAwatch filter page. Because of that you can not log those summits...

Option 1: Change the logging method from points to date or callsign Option 2: add placeholder for when there are no points
