Missing Toolbox for v1.0.3 / v1.0.3 Toolbar cannot use v0.9.9.2 toolbox generated GDB #28

Hello' I downloaded and tried out version 0.9.9.2 but I was having issues with it crashing when attempting to 'Draw A Map Unit Legend Onto Layout View'

I then downloaded and configured version 1.0.3 add-in but am not seeing a v1.0.3 toolbox or template geodatabase...

ArcGIS crashes when I attempt to open a GDB generated via the 0.9.9.2 toolbox via the v1.0.3 toolbar.

Windows 10, ArcGIS 10.2.2, ArcGIS 10.5.1

Any help would be appreciated :)

UPDATE

Downloaded the v1.1 Official Package (Including Toolbox 3b) from http://ncgmp09.github.io/.

But v1.1 does not have an ArcGIS Add-in (toolbar)?
The v1.0.3 toolbar does not recognize a v1.1 GDB as a valid NCGMP database :(

In our initial foray into this we had downloaded and used the 0.9.9.2 toolbox to create an NCGMP 09 database.

Today I was attempting to load and use an NCGMP 09 DB created by the v1.1 Toolbox.

The toolbar hasn’t been updated in a while. Could you send me your email so I send you an XML file?
