We've had a dual form with both radio buttons and a slider. I've decided that we should use radio buttons only.

Replaced the Identify Confidence slider. We've been using comboboxes for the Identity Confidence options in the MapUnitPoly and OrientationPoints forms. Should those get switched to radios?
