Mixed predecessors and sucessors #51

It looks like that we have been updating the metadata for the old version of some collections rather than the new version.

We need to go through and make sure that the newest collection has the newest metadata and the oldest collection has the old metadata

A good example of flipped collections are:

ADGM-1552430037723-166 (older) ADGM-1567551627846-460 (newer)

We have accidentally been updating the information in the "older" version not the "newer" version - e.g., the year for the newer one is 2000 and the year for the older one is 2019.

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about this until prod is fixed.

@hsnellen I'm pretty sure you finished doing this. If you did, can you close the issue?
