Upload conflicts. #73

We decided to run some fake uploads - collection ADGM-1707765357120-743

Interestingly, if we upload the files in the following packet 1 at a time there are no problems, but if they are uploaded all together we run into the following error.

Additionally we get a time-out error if we try to delete the collection. Unclear if this is or is not related to the bug above.

We are not experiencing anything like this with the latest branch so closing this as something that presumably fixed itself.
