Can't install on windows platform #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Blender
2. Download 
http://code.google.com/p/blender-smd/downloads/detail?name=io_smd_tools-142.zip&
can=2&q=
3. Install Addon

Blender throw "Failed to get addons path"

To avoid it just unpack scripts in blender import script directory. Works.

Just got here by Google and I found a solution. Run Blender as administrator on 
Windows Vista/7/8.
