I've hit a pretty frustrating roadblock with your service, and I'm hoping we can get it sorted out. I can't connect to any website that's being forwarded through JPRQ. And I mean any - not just my own projects. This leads me to believe it's not an issue on my end.
What I've tried
Checked my internet connection (it's solid)
Tried different browsers
Attempted to access various JPRQ-forwarded sites (not just mine)
Restarted my system
None of these steps made any difference.
Could you please look into this? I'd really appreciate some insight into what's going on and, more importantly, how we can fix it.
I hate to say it, but if this issue can't be resolved, I might need to start looking at alternatives like Heroku. I'd rather not, as I've been a fan of JPRQ, but I need a reliable solution.
Thanks for your time, and I'm looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
What I'm facing when trying to run a project that relies on JPRQ.
