why?
- not all podcasts feeds list ALL their episodes (eg: youtube) and they just return the last N entries.
- feed ratelimit cache? would allow for more aggressive rebuld times?
- feed might expire (will the episodes expire too?)

it is now stored on sqlite3, BUT I need to take care of incremental updates elsewhere
