We need to take a copy of the cluster template when a cluster is created, so we can always delete it.
Currently the Azimuth UI blows up when older older templates are removed, we need to decide how we want to deal with that in terms of owner relationships.
We need to be clear on when updates need to be done to appliances, and we might want a deadline for when they need to be updated.
