Better (& regex) highlights #13

checkMessageForHighlight() in service/CoreConnService.java

Allow custom highlights, too.

Seems to always highlight current nick instead of respecting Quassel's highlight options (which, for me, is one complex regex, one "aziraphale" and have selected "none" under "highlight nicks").

Ah, highlight options are stored client-side :(
