Countdown instead of up #1

Any chance you could implement a countdown here? Maybe have it set to green at start, and slowly change to red as it approaches to 0? Or Just red and green? Or just the countdown in general - that's all I care about.

I would love if you set a countdown timer from the menu by holding the green button to open - it sould be even better if the menu was available from the touchbar. Here, you could include a radio button to switch from using a countdown timer to the one you currently have. It would be handy if there were preset times you could create (30mins, 1 hour, e.t.c.). Or, you could have a slider (like the one Spotify uses to slide to a specific time in increments of 5mins.
