Is it possible to use while BetterTouchTool app is active? In general, is it possible to use more than one touchbar app at once?

I found how to do it. If someone is interested, in BTT "General Touch Bar settings" uncheck "Show BetterTouchTool Icon in Control Strip". Having done that the Touch Bar Timer will appear in Control Strip as normal. Probably you'll also need to remap BTT icon to some key shortcut, in my case I have checked "Disable BetterTouchTool while holding ^ (ctrl)" option in Advanced Settings that allows to enable/disable BTT using one key.
