Nearly-full translation of datatable.mvx #2

There are now proper, hand-edited English entries for everything in datatable.mvx, gameplay-accurate to the best of my ability, except for the loading screen quotes. This includes: Stat names, skill names and descriptions, commander and place names, major battle callouts, button tooltips, fleet tooltips, and the whole GFWL login process.

Aside from stumbling through Japanese menus and story scenes (or using Google Lens live-translate), the game should be 100% completable in English now :)

Still very recommended to play the game with a Japanese system locale (or a program to spoof it).

Hello! Thank you for your work in letting me enjoy LOGH 2008!

I was taken by the game, and decided to spruce up the partial translation you made. I wasn't able to get any farther into the compressed filesystem than you were with the LoGH Tools, but they were helpful in getting an understanding of what I was looking at. So, editing the plaintext Japanese in-place was the next best :)

I don't speak Japanese, but I used machine translation and checking in-game context to figure out what it was trying to say.
