Enhancement: Add Prettifier #353

I like to see an option to reformat a todo file. Mainly:

Removing excessive whitespace/ empty lines
Reindents file to clean nesting structure.

Either this could be an addition to the PlainTaks plugin itself. Or maybe other prettifiers already available for Sublime Text could be modified to perform the required task.

It is similar to #321 Even if someone made such prettifier I would not trust it my files.
