open in default app in current dir #123

fixes #122

I've only added this option to windows, as that's the only one I was able to test.

Don’t worry about testing, this is basic functionality of subprocess, so it should work, and given that Git integration operates just fine using this approach, it does work, so please add the argument for other OSs.
