I have a small suggestion, though I am not sure what the best approach is. It seems that the settings for this plugin match sublime's builtin settings and are by default set so that the file looks as desired by the author of the plugin. I would suggest moving these settings to the user settings file, so that if I want to default to my sublime settings, I don't have to copy them, but simply delete the user settings of this plugin.
It is not very orthodox, but so isn't what this plugin does now imho.

Thanks for the plugin!
