Added Menu entries for settings #5

Added "Main.sublime-menu" with menu entries for the package default settings, as well as an option that the user can create a setting for himself.

Added a note to the README.md for how to use it.

Added the default comments from the standard Sublime Text settings file to the knockdown default settings file, in order that the user doesn't need to lookup the standard settings file himself ;)

of course, it just loads the raw version of the file from github every time you refresh the page.
